Activity report issues

We are evaluating the tool and there is a strange issue.

I running an activity report for a specific user but it shows 0 byte all the week. All other user shows relevant data. How can I troubleshoot this ?

I have the user properly authenticated in sonicwall and tryed to generate the report using the source IP filter but the problem persists =\
